R300 在轮胎中的应用：
l 胎面：
高速轿车胎中添加5 phr, 可降低滚动阻力并提高抓着力
斜胶工程胎及全钢子午胎添加3-5 phr, 可提高胎面屈挠性能, 提高胎面花纹的耐久性
绿色轮胎中替代部分7000GR(20-30%左右，建议：7000GR 70phr, R300 30phr)
l 气密层：
替代20%的N660, 提高气密层的屈挠疲劳（约33%），略微提高气密层的气密性
l 胎侧：
3 -5phr, 提高胎侧的屈挠疲劳寿命。
l 硫化胶囊：
替代20-50%的N330, 或额外添加5-10 phr, 提高胶囊的使用寿命。

粘度调节剂 :
用途:加在胶料中,用于降低门尼粘度,提高胶料流动性,改善其他填料在橡胶中的分散，同时可以维持甚至改善硬度、拉伸轻度、撕裂强度等硫化胶性能
推荐应用:高硬度挤出制品,高硬度胶辊，胶管，密封条
用法 : 3-8 phr或更多,在混炼初期加入(生胶之后立即加入）
阻燃协效剂:
用途: 因其独特的”滚珠效应”以及”硅- - 铝协效作用”, 能够与 ATH 协
同作用在燃烧时形成一层牢固的炭层, 阻止空气中的氧继续深入到内部阻止空
气中的氧继续深入到内部, 因而可以降低第二个放热峰, 降低烟密度, 有效改
善阻燃性能. 推荐使用C含量更低的 R320.
推荐应用: 无卤阻燃输送 ***提高了胶料抗裂口增长性能，提高了胶料曲挠疲劳50%以上.CPE埃肯抗疲劳剂
在补强炭黑的基础上额外添加Sidistar®或部分替代补强炭黑时，动态疲劳性能得到改善。提高动态性能埃肯光滑剂
