Product Description

Kristalex™ 1120 hydrocarbon resin is a water

clear, highly color stable, nonpolar, low molecular weight thermoplastic

polymer. This resin is compatible with a wide variety of oils,waxes, alkyds,

plastics, and elastomers, and is soluble in many common organic solvents. It is

indicated for use in plastics modification,

adhesives, coatings,sealants, and caulks. In EVAbased hot melt adhesives

Kristalex™ 1120 is compatible with EVA grades with up to 18% vinyl acetate and

is useful in formulating low-color adhesives with improved high temperature

Kristalex™3115LV产品描述

Kristalex™3115LV烃树脂是一种水清，颜色稳定，低分子量的树脂

低有机挥发物含量的热塑性碳氢聚合物。基于8 - 9纯化

碳芳香型单体，该树脂适用于塑料改性、热熔

胶粘剂及涂料、密封剂及填缝剂。Kristalex™3115LV是兼容宽

各种油、蜡、醇酸、塑料和弹性体，可溶于许多常见的有机溶剂

溶剂。基于EVA的热熔胶Kristalex™3115LV与EVA等级兼容

醋酸乙烯酯含量高达18%，适用于低色粘合剂的配制

耐高温。基于苯乙烯嵌段共聚物的粘合剂Kristalex™3115LV

优先与苯乙烯端块结合，产生更高的内聚力

温度可达70°C，不影响粘性和粘附性能。

兼容性和溶解度

兼容于所有比例，或有限但实际有用的比例，与各种各样的

材料如SIS(苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯)，SBS(苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯)和SEBS

(苯乙烯-乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯)嵌段共聚物、氯丁烯、丁腈、聚丁二烯、

丙烯酸类聚合物、氯化橡胶、EVA树脂(乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物)、

苯乙烯化醇酸，乙烯化醇酸，干油醇酸，松香酯树脂。

溶于芳香烃、氯代烃、酮、醚。不溶性是脂肪族

碳氢化合物、醇和乙二醇。 片状树脂容易逐渐氧化，导致颜色变暗或改变树脂在溶剂和聚合物中的溶解性或相容性。

Kristalex™ 5140LV

兼容性和溶解度

颜色很淡，软化点高，具有优良的耐热性和抗氧化性

退化。可与氯化石蜡、聚苯乙烯、松香按适当比例配伍

以及改性rosins、松香酯、SBR和苯乙烯基嵌段共聚物。溶于芳烃

以及氯化烃、酯和酮。不溶于醇和乙二醇。有限的
