（胶管）胶管用以输送气体、液体、浆状或粒状物料的一类管状橡胶制品。由内外胶层和骨架层组成，骨架层的材料可用棉纤维、各种合成纤维、碳纤维或石棉、钢丝等。一般胶管的内外胶层材料采用天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶或顺丁橡胶；耐油胶管采用氯丁橡胶、丁腈橡胶；耐酸碱，耐高温胶管采用乙丙橡胶、氟橡胶或硅橡胶等。常用的溶剂型是模可离有Mclube1725.Mclube 1733H,Mclube1804H等；水溶性脱模剂有MA6222A，MAC 406，MAC746(A),Mclube1829等，做出来的产品成品率很高，脱出来芯棒干爽，无色透明，减少麻坑的生成，打压不会渗漏。

在通用橡胶中，丁基橡胶和丁腈橡胶的阻尼系数较大；丁苯橡胶、氯丁橡胶、硅橡胶、聚氨酯橡胶、乙丙橡胶的阻尼系数中等；天然橡胶和顺丁橡胶的阻尼系数比较小。天然橡胶虽然阻尼系数较小，但其综合性能比较好，耐疲劳性好，生热低、蠕变小，与金属件黏合性能好。因此，天然橡胶*地应用于减震橡胶。通常汽车减震件有衬套，悬置，顶角等，悬置对脱模要高，内带骨架，容易脱模，但不能有开裂，通常客户会使用我们的1805A或者6125E打底,固化5分钟，后面用Mclube1829高倍稀释补喷，能达到综合性价比。
